Follow these steps to activate your Cardlay Expense account and start using the app.
All users have the employee role by default. Once invited, you will receive an email with a link to set up your Cardlay Expense account. After completing the setup and creating credentials, you can download the mobile app and log in.
Step 1: Accept Invitation

Click the link in the invitation email.
Step 2: Create Your Account

The link will direct you to a webpage to complete your account setup.

Choose a secure password
Step 3: Log in
- Log in using your email and password.
Step 4: Enable Two-Step Verification

Enter your mobile number, which will be used for two-step verification.

Verify your number by entering the verification code sent via SMS.
Step 5: Confirm Personal Details

Ensure your first name and last name are correct.

If necessary, make amendments and press Continue.
Step 6: Access the Platform

Follow on-screen instructions to either log in to the web portal or download the app.
Step 7: Future Logins

Use your email address and password to log in.

Enter the verification code received via SMS.

For easier access, enable biometric login in the app.
