How do I export and download expenses?

For persons with administrator role

When the expenses have been handled by the right person in the Cardlay Expense web application, these expenses can be exported and downloaded in excel and/or CSV-format. Here is how you do it: 

 

  1. Find the Expenses page
    In the menu, click expenses. Now you will land on the expenses page where you by default will see all expenses where review is needed. 

 

 

  1. Find the Exports page

When expenses have been reviewed, approved and exported it will be visible on the exports page. 

 

 

  1. Download

Choose the relevant expenses and click ‘Download’. 

 

 

  1. Choose format

Choose the file format you want. 

You can choose between Excel (XLSX), CSV, and/or Data and receipts, which is a zip-file consisting of both the Excel file, CSV file, and receipts pictures.
