This FAQ will help you understand the format and columns of the file you download when you have handled and exported the relevant expenses, whether you download it in Excel (XLSX) or CSV format.
Excel (XLSX) Format:
Column Headers:
- Transaction date
- Transaction type
- Merchant name
- Expense link: link to the expense in Cardlay Expense web application (requires that you are logged in to the web application).
- Category: The category to which the expense belongs.
- Cost center ID
- Cost center name
- Comment
- Original currency
- Original amount
- Currency
- Amount
- Employee ID
- Employee Name
- Team ID: Only if the employee is a part of a team.
- Team name: Only if the employee is a part of a team.
- Card number
- Payment data
- Expense account type
- Expense account
- Balance account type
- Balance accont
- Accounting VAT code
- Country Code
- Expense ID: The unique ID for the expense.
- Transaction ID: The unique ID for the transaction.
