Why are my transactions not visible in Cardlay Expense?

These are the possible reasons why the transactions may not be visible:

  1. Missing Smart Receipts integration
    Ensure that your company has been set up on Eurocard's Smart Receipts integration. Without this integration Eurocard will not sent the necessary transaction files to our systems. Apply for Smart Receipts by filling out the PDF form and send to Eurocard's Corporate Support. Find the form on this link. 
  2. Mismatched Eurocard Employee ID:
    Ensure that the Eurocard Employee ID is accurately filled out and identical in both the Eurocard portal and the Cardlay Expense web application. Any discrepancies in this information and you will not be able to see the cardholders transactions in Cardlay Expense.

  3. Transaction Date Limitation:
    Only new transactions after correct setup will be displayed in the Cardlay Expense web application and/or mobile app. Previous transactions should be managed through Eurocard Pro. Additionally, the person’s card details will not appear in the Cardlay Expense web application before the Eurocard is used. If you need previous transactions to appear in Cardlay Expense, please reach out to expense@cardlay.com 

If you have verified the Smart Receipts setup, the Eurocard Employee ID and recent transaction dates, and the issue persists, please provide additional details, and we will be happy to investigate further.
