How do I set up my ERP integration (e-conomics, Dinero, Billy & Uniconta)?

For Administrators in Cardlay Expense

Follow this step-by-step guide to integrate your ERP system with Cardlay Expense.

1. Notify Cardlay

Inform Cardlay that you want to integrate with e-conomic, Dinero, Billy, or Uniconta. It is important to include the name and email address of the person setting up the integration. Once confirmed, Cardlay will set up an admin account for you in Kontolink. 

Important: Keep your ERP system open in the same browser when logging into Kontolink.

2. Set up Kontolink

  1. The person you have chosen as admin will receive an email from Kontolink. 

  1. Click the invitation link in the email, to set up your Kontolink account 

 

  1. The link will take you to Kontolink’s page, click “Opret ny bruger”

 

  1. Select how you want to create your user account.

 

  1. Fill in the required information and click “Opret ny burger” 

 

  1. Enter your phone number (this is required for two-step verification).

 

  1. Enter the verification code sent to your phone.

3. Confirm invitation from Cardlay

  1. Ensure both "Bekræft invitation" and "Forbind regnskabssystem" are checked.

 

  1. Connect your ERP system by selecting it from the list on the left
    • Important: Your ERP system must be open in the same browser as Kontolink.

 

  1. A pop-up will appear, asking you to connect Kontolink with your ERP system.
  • If you have multiple ERP accounts, confirm the correct account number before clicking "Tilføj app"

 

  1. Choose which “Kassekladde” you want your postings to be transferred to. 

 

  1. Choose the balance account, that is equivalent to your bank account. 

 

  1. Your ERP system is now connected to Kontolink.

 

4. Match your Cardlay Expense categories with the categories in your ERP system 

  1. Click "Kategori-opsætning"

  1. A list of all categories will appear—your Cardlay Expense categories are located at the bottom.

 

  1. Click on a category to link it with the correct main and subcategories in your ERP system. 

  1. Repeat this for all Cardlay Expense categories.

 

5. You are ready to export!

Once your categories are linked, you can now export transactions directly from Cardlay Expense to your ERP system.
