If your card has not arrived, then please contact customer support.

What is my PIN code?
You will be asked to create your own pin code as a part of activating your card.
What if I don’t need a card?

If someone ordered a card for your that you don’t need, please contact customer support to get the card canceled.

I suspect fraud, what should I do?
