How do I resend or modify invitations?

For administrators

When you invite someone to Cardlay Expense, the invitation is valid for 14 days. If the person doesn’t respond within that time, the invitation will expire. To allow them to join, you’ll need to resend the invitation.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to the People page.

2. Click on the Invited tab.

3. In the last column, you’ll see the status—Invited or Expired.

4. Click the person’s name to open their invitation and use the dropdown menu to choose whether to Resend or Modify the invitation:
   
   
   • Resend will send the same invitation again.
     
     
   • Modify allows you to update the invitation—e.g., if the email address was entered incorrectly. 

Once you’ve made your selection. The updated invitation will be sent automatically.
