How do I adjust my table settings in Cardlay Expense?

For people with Administrator and/or Expense Manager role 

In the Cardlay Expense web application, it is possible for you as an administrator or expense manager to decide which columns you want to see and which ones you don't. Tailor the table to show only the information that matters most to you. Customize the size of each row to fit your viewing preferences. Whether you prefer wider rows for detailed data or narrower ones for a compact view, the choice is yours. 

 

  1. Choose “Expenses or Mileages” in the side menu

 

  1. Press the 3 dots in the top menu bar

 

  1. A side menu will pop out, choose your preferred settings 

 

  1. Your settings will be automatically saved as your default view

Congratulations, you can now experience the convenience and efficiency of your new table settings. Make your data work for you, just the way you want it!
